What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
I try to skip the rush! The chaos of waking up late, diving straight into tasks, and forgetting to breathe. I’ve learned that my mornings set the tone for everything that follows. When I start my day rushing, my energy scatters. But when I slow down, connect with God, stretch, move my body, and give myself a few quiet moments, I feel grounded and intentional.
My body doesn’t like to be jolted into motion, it likes to wake up with me. So now I give myself permission to move slowly, sip water, pray, and simply be before I start doing.
It’s not about productivity anymore. It’s about peace. 🌿
